1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected on babbittingdps.com is LLC PBK «Dnipropromservice» (details above). For any privacy question, write to getprice@babbittingdps.com.

2. What data we collect

Quote request form. Name, company, email, country, part type, quantity, your message and any drawings or photos you attach. With the request we also record the date, time and your IP address to protect the form against abuse.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data on each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This is needed to run and secure the website.

Analytics — only with your consent. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser, and whether a quote request was sent. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a quotation or contract — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To understand how the website is used and improve it — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We also process data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who receives your data

NIC.UA — our hosting provider, which runs the website and mail server.

Google — quote requests are delivered to our Google (Gmail) mailbox; Google Analytics is used only if you consent. Google may process data in the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

We share request details with no one else, unless required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests and related correspondence: as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contract, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless accounting or tax law requires longer storage.

Analytics data: no longer than 14 months. Server logs: according to the hosting provider’s retention period, usually a few weeks.

6. Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click “Accept”. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage (dps_consent) so the banner does not appear on every visit.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to getprice@babbittingdps.com.

You may also complain to a data protection authority — in the EU, the authority of your country of residence; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
