New babbitt bearings made to your drawing
When a shell is cracked, deformed or no spare exists, we manufacture a new babbitted plain bearing — to your drawing, or by measuring the worn part you send us. The same in-house cycle as our repairs: own alloy, controlled casting, precision machining and full inspection.

What we repair
- Journal bearings — split shells and solid bushings
- Thrust pads and thrust bearing segments
- Bushings for crushers, mills and presses
- Replacement bearings for discontinued or obsolete equipment
- Single pieces and small series
- Bores from 100 to 3000 mm, parts up to 5 t
How we do it
- 01
Drawing review
We check your drawing — or measure the original part — and agree on the alloy, tolerances and delivery time.
- 02
Steel backing
The steel body is prepared to the required geometry and cleaned for bonding.
- 03
Tinning and casting
The backing is tinned and the babbitt layer is cast from our own alloy — static or centrifugal.
- 04
Machining
The bearing is machined to final dimensions: bore, oil grooves, joint faces and fits.
- 05
Inspection and report
UT bond test, dye penetrant inspection, alloy analysis and a dimensional report.

Frequently asked questions
Can you make a bearing without a drawing?
Yes. Send us the worn part or a sample — we measure it and produce the bearing to its original dimensions.
Which babbitt alloys are available?
B83 and B16 (GOST), ASTM B23 Grades 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, and ISO 4381 alloys such as SnSb12Cu6Pb, SnSb8Cu4 and PbSb15Sn10.
Do you make single pieces?
Yes — single replacement bearings as well as small series.
What should I send for a quote?
